Complaints procedures and how to feedback to the Service.

We welcome any feedback you have about our Service, or our website, regardless of whether it is negative or positive.

  • If you want to appeal your marks, degree classification or award, you will need to follow the Academic Appeals University guidance. 
  • If you want to complain more generally about your course of study, you will need to follow the Student Complaint Procedure University guidance.
