Presenting with Confidence and Ease

Do you worry about giving presentations or speaking in tutorials?

Have no fear - as a group, we will create a supportive environment that builds confidence and helps participants flourish, rather than offer critical feedback.

This group is a supportive, non-judgmental space for UG students to gain practical, in person experience and confidence in speaking up in a group and giving presentations.

Sessions will include:

  • Becoming more at ease with being the focus of attention
  • Speaking spontaneously
  • Speaking on specific topics (e.g. your studies) and answering questions
  • Connecting to your audience with eye contact
  • Finding your unique strengths and natural style

This is a course, not a drop not a drop in - you should be available to attend all sessions.
